The present general terms of use (referred to as "GTU") aim to provide the legal framework for the terms of availability of the site and services by Hikarius and to define the conditions for access and use of the services by "the User".

The present Terms of Use are accessible on the site under the "Terms of Use" section.

Any registration or use of the site implies the user's acceptance of these Terms of Use without any reservation or restriction. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these Terms of Use by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms of Use and I accept them."
